About the service
ADOPT.GE helps connect people with rescue animals, rescuers, fosters, organisations, clinics, travel helpers, and other animal-welfare resources in Georgia. We provide the website platform and related tools, but we do not guarantee that any animal, adopter, rescuer, foster, organisation, clinic, travel helper, or third-party service will be available, suitable, verified, or error-free.

Accounts and applications
You must provide accurate information when you submit an application, create an account, request access, list an animal, or contact the team. You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for activity that happens through your account. We may approve, reject, suspend, restrict, or remove accounts, applications, profiles, or listings when needed for moderation, safety, security, data protection, animal welfare, or legal reasons.

Listings and user content
If you submit animal details, photos, videos, contact information, public locations, stories, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to provide it and allow ADOPT.GE to display, store, process, edit, moderate, translate, or remove it as needed to operate and promote the animal adoption platform. Do not submit content that is false, misleading, abusive, unlawful, infringing, unsafe, or harmful to people or animals.

YouTube video uploads
If you upload a pet video, you understand that ADOPT.GE uploads the video to the official ADOPT.GE YouTube channel through YouTube API Services. The video starts as private while pending review. If approved, the video may be changed to unlisted and embedded on the public pet profile. Administrators and moderators may approve, reject, hide, or delete videos. By using features powered by YouTube API Services, you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service at https://www.youtube.com/t/terms and understand that Google handles data under the Google Privacy Policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy. Google account access, where applicable, can be revoked at https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions.

Adoptions, fosters, and third parties
ADOPT.GE does not itself sell animals, provide veterinary services, provide transport services, process donation payments, or make final adoption decisions for every rescuer or organisation listed on the site. Adoption, foster, veterinary, travel, donation, and other arrangements may involve third parties and are subject to their own checks, rules, fees, terms, and responsibilities.

Public chat and automated tools
The public chat and automated features may provide helpful information, but they can make mistakes and should not be treated as legal, medical, veterinary, emergency, or professional advice. Do not submit private contact details, addresses, medical information, or sensitive personal data in public chat.

Prohibited use
You must not use ADOPT.GE to spam, scrape, attack, disrupt, impersonate others, collect data without permission, upload malware, bypass security controls, harass users, publish unlawful content, or arrange animal abuse, exploitation, fraud, or unsafe transfers. We may block access or report misuse where appropriate.
