Hi everyone! My boyfriend and I have been fostering this sweet little boy for around 3 to 4 months. We took him in from a very kind lady who rescues kittens from the streets but, unfortunately, had too many to care for due to her work commitments. Sadly, despite our best efforts, he and my boyfriend’s cat, Zara, have not been able to get along. Their relationship has become increasingly stressful for both of them, and we feel that finding him a loving home where he can feel safe and comfortable would be best for everyone. I would have loved to adopt him myself, but I had to rehome my own cat with a friend last year due to my health issues. The good news is that he gets along well with both cats and dogs! However, I want to be completely transparent about his health. He has a breathing issue caused by an accident he had before being rescued, and he also has an eye condition for which he is currently receiving medication. If you smoke, please keep in mind that cigarette smoke can worsen his breathing, so a smoke-free environment would be ideal for him. I am also willing to cover the cost of his future sterilization when he is old enough. My biggest priority is finding him a genuinely loving, responsible family who will care for him for the rest of his life. This is not an easy decision for us, and I will be very careful about choosing the right person because his safety and happiness matter most to me. I would strongly prefer someone local in Georgia, as I want to ensure he has a safe and permanent home here. I am open to foreigners as well, provided they are genuinely serious about adopting him and have a clear, reliable plan to take him with them if they relocate.
