A couple of months ago, a car pulled up in front of an apartment building. The door opened, and a tiny puppy was thrown out onto the street. The car immediately sped away. That is how little Tootsie ended up alone, frightened, covered in mange, and left to fend for herself. Today, Tootsie is a completely different puppy. Her fur has fully grown back, her skin is healthy and clear, and she is ready to find a family of her own. Tootsie has received Simparica, two rounds of vaccinations against infectious diseases, has been microchipped, and has received her first rabies vaccination. She is a happy, social little puppy who loves playing with other dogs and making friends with cats. She absolutely loves children and would be a wonderful addition to a family with children aged 6 and older. Like any young puppy, Tootsie still needs to be house-trained, so some accidents are to be expected. She is also going through the teething stage and likes to chew, so her future family should be prepared to provide appropriate chew toys and some puppy-proofing. She currently eats Josera Puppy dry food. Tootsie's adoption requirements: * She must be spayed when she reaches the appropriate age. I will cover the cost of her spay surgery. * She must never be kept on a chain. * She must not be allowed to roam the streets freely. * She needs daily walks on a leash and supervised potty breaks. * Her family must be prepared for the time, patience, and training that come with raising a young puppy.
